First of all, I would like to thanks Sanjay Ji who helped me to set up Wheels24x7 at my service center. As a service center, we have some limitations.The biggest issue was to retain the customer for the next visit but now since I am using Wheels24*7 we increased 20% revisit of our customers by sending them Auto Service Reminders. Now with the help of Wheels24x7 we can send them service reminders and promotional offers too.
I have 3 service centers in Noida and Ghaziabad. It is very hard for me to manage all service centers works and employee data. Then my son did some research and he suggests me to use Wheels24x7 CRM. And since then I am using it and very happy with service and support of wheel24x7. As I do not have that much technical knowledge but their support team always helps me very quickly.
